I could only do one this week. I started couple but didn't have enough time that I couldn't do more than getting the shapes right. What I learned or thought while studying Leyendecker is that he uses limited pallet but he could get all the warm and cools and it doesn't look weird at all. He is so precise with his brush strokes that I think maybe thinking about a stroke and putting it down carefully might be faster to paint than putting shitty line and fixing it all day. and it looks better too. and he designs his shapes so well but maybe its because his brush strokes are so precise that shapes become nice. I will try to do more next week!

18.03.15. Study
3.15
3.16
I studied Sergey Kolesov's paintings.
3/15
I thought maybe it will be better if I could get all the mother colors down perfectly and then find some form by putting down ambient light then finish the painting by finding where to put the strong light on.
(I really need to study more painting methods and making form)
3/16
I was curious why and how Sergey put his saturated colors everywhere but still make it work. Strong blue eats up brown color of the skin. Maybe its because of strong sun light.
